Delete Your ALIFF Account
How to delete your ALIFF account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion here without reinstalling the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open ALIFF and go to Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete account (or Delete my data).
- Confirm. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can't access the app, email info@aliff.app from the email address linked to your ALIFF account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your request and process it.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name and email)
- Your wardrobe photos and digital closet
- Your style preferences and, where provided, your modesty preferences
- Your in-app activity tied to your account
What we may retain, and why
We may keep limited information where the law requires or permits — for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud and abuse. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymized.
How long it takes
- Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of your verified request.
- If you cancel rather than delete, your wardrobe data, outfit history, and style profile are kept for 90 days so you can reactivate, then permanently deleted.
